Maintenance of steak cutter

2.To install the saw blade, first turn the adjustable transmission wheel to the lowest position, and then lift it up 1-2 mm to make the saw blade contact with the conveyor belt, and then tighten the nut to fasten the saw blade on the tool holder. If the lift height of the knife rest is too small/too high, the conveyor belt may be damaged when cutting bones, frozen meat, etc.

3.After each operation, steak cutter needs to be cleaned in time to ensure that it is clean and free of food materials, materials and residues. After cleaning, wipe it with dry cotton cloth.

4. Oil key parts and screws regularly of steak cutter. In view of the particularity of this machine, high-quality olive oil can be used for lubrication.

5. Regularly check key parts and do a good job of maintenance. Without careful maintenance, the service life will not be long.

6. If the machine is not used for a long time, please put it in a dry and ventilated place.

7. The steak cutter needs to be cleaned after use. Wet cloth, hot water and neutral detergent can be used to clean the cabin door, the interior and exterior of the steak cutter body, as well as the saw belt and its protective device. Finally, dry it with a dry cloth. Special attention shall be paid to cleaning the residues accumulated in small corners of the steak cutter, pulleys, pulley grooves, bottom scrapers and rear bearing caps.

8.After each use of the machine, the parts of the meat grinder should be completely dried before assembly.
